We developed our own Organic
Wax.
Our motto is “From
Organic Farms to You”. Pure. Simple.
Organic crops grown by
organic farmers are harvested and yield Organic Vegetable Oil. We
use this to make our Organic Wax. We then blend and hand pour our Organic
Waxes to make your Organic Candle. Organic Candles benefit both you
and the organic farmers.
The farms that produce the raw
agricultural materials for our wax must observe sustainable organic
practices. They care for their
land and water.
We strive to maintain our consciousness
of everything that goes into our products. Lumia is the leader in
making Organic Non-GMO wax for candles.
OUR WAX
Lumia has
developed its own exclusive Organic Wax. None of our wax
blends contain any petroleum products and we use only cotton
or hemp wicks.
Organic Wax is 100%
biodegradable. Organic Wax cleans up easily with hot soapy water.
The smoke from paraffin wax
contains 11 documented toxins, three of which are carcinogenic
(formaldehyde, toluene and benzene).
OUR CANDLES
We generously infuse our Organic Candles with
the highest quality essential oils that we can find.
Lower flame temperatures than
petroleum paraffin help preserve our delicate essential oil fragrances.
This makes our wax the ideal vehicle for aromatherapy oils.
We accept no compromises when it comes to creating
each of our fragrances. Our Three Dimensional FragrancingTM
techniques enable you to experience a subtle, ever-changing combination
of fragrance notes. The three notes of each fragrance are the Top
Note, the most immediate impression, the Middle Note, the aroma that emerges
when the fragrance has blended in the air, and the Base Note, the calm, final
and lingering fragrance.
Our candles are hand poured in the clean Rocky Mountain air of Boulder Colorado.
